Welcome to Mission Hills

Stunning neighborhood with beautiful buildings and historic homes.

The incomparable Mission Hills is located among the rolling hills of the breathtaking San Diego River Valley. Just north of Downtown San Diego, this dazzling residential community overlooks Old Town, Downtown San Diego, and San Diego Bay. This upscale and affluent area is an increasingly desirable place to live, not only because of its natural beauty, but also its history. Developed in the early 20th century, most of the homes in the oldest parts of the neighborhood are still standing today, carefully preserved and restored. Residences from the 1908-1930 period encompass a range of styles, including Craftsman, Prairie School, and Spanish Colonial Revival. More modern homes were built along the canyon rims during the 1950s and 1960s, each brimming with history themselves. This charming area is lined with appealing boutique shops and restaurants along Washington Boulevard and elsewhere. From marvelous sprawling homes on peaceful streets (named after birds) to nearby parks and restaurants, Mission Hills is a beautiful and lovable place to live.
